According to the Seattle PI, a woman is facing DUI and felony child endangerment charges after telling police that her friend drove drunk with children in the car.
The friend reportedly dropped her children off Wednesday with the 26-year-old woman, who, several hours later, told police that the woman had been drunk.
Officers administered a breath test to the friend, who demanded one for the other woman.
Police say she blew a 0.209 blood alcohol level, which exceeded the legal limit of 0.08.
This is her fourth DUI charge and second child endangerment charge. Prosecutors say she had arrived home and left the child in the vehicle before heading inside and passing out.
