Washington Teen “Zombie” Killed in Freak Accident at Halloween Attraction

According to Q13 Fox News, a night of fright and fun at a Halloween attraction turned tragic when an 18-year-old playing a “zombie” was run over and killed by a bus carrying paintball-gun-weilding passengers.

Jeremy T. McSpadden Jr., 18, of Spokane, WA, was a role player in the “Zombie Slayer Paintball Buss” attraction at the Stateline, Idaho, Incredible Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch entertainment park when he tripped and fell under the wheels of the bus.

Deputies say McSpadden has been running toward the rear of the bus when he fell down and was run over by the rear tires.  It wasn’t until after the bus cleared the area that they noticed something was wrong.

The bus was reportedly traveling slowly and the uneven terrain and bumpy ride meant people on the bus didn’t initially realize anyone was struck, sheriff’s deputies said.

The attraction is new this season, and according to the corn maze’s website, customers ride the bus and shoot paintballs at the zombies as the vehicle drives through the corn maze.
