Decrease in DUI Arrests Since Privatizing Liquor

According to Jason Mercier of the Washington Policy Center who compiled the WSP statistics, “Privatization did not improve the numbers necessarily but it didn’t make it any worse either”. The WSP’s data does show a continued improvement trend in a decrease in DUI accidents and arrests during the last year.
